At TEKNEXUS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we're here to help. Please take a moment to read our returns and refunds policy.
Returns
- You have up to 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
- To start a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@teknexus.co.uk. They will guide you through the return process.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact our customer support team. They will assist you with the exchange process.
Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards and downloadable software products are non-refundable.
Shipping Costs
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
